Personal Trainer // Instructor
A few years ago I went to my first boot camp class and was hooked. I enjoy everything about it, the camaraderie of the people in class and the change I saw in myself. I decided to get serious about getting in shape and changed everything I have ever known. I started eating well, boot camp three days a week and running/training for 5Ks, 10Ks, half marathons and triathlons. While changing myself, I found a love for fitness.
I got certified in group exercise training and hope to continue to educate myself in all aspects of health and fitness.
