A few years ago I went to my first boot camp class and was hooked. I enjoy everything about it, the camaraderie of the people in class and the change I saw in myself. Over a year ago I decided to get serious about getting in shape and changed everything I have ever known. I started eating well, boot camp three days a week and running/training for my first half marathon. While changing myself, I found a love for fitness.
I decided to get certified in group exercise training and hope to continue to educate myself in all aspects of health and fitness.
