Personal Trainer // Instructor
I was born and raised in Southern California. I transferred to Missouri on a scholarship to play softball at Park University. I graduated with a degree in Biology/ Minor in chemistry and looked to further my career in nursing. After being a CNA for 3 years, I decided that wasn’t the route for me. I took on Personal Training because I have always loved working out, and I wanted to share my passion for fitness with others. In the same breath, I decided to take it a step further and push myself to the next level, which was to compete in a bodybuilding competition. At this point in my life I was hitting a major plateau with my body composition, and I missed the competitive aspect of playing college ball. My biggest fear was to get in front of people, let alone on a stage practically wearing next to nothing!!! It was one of the best and most fulfilling decisions I have ever made. Not only did I face my fear, but I learned more about limits and boundaries than I ever could have by just becoming a trainer.
I received my CPT Certification through ACE, with a specialty in Metabolic Training. I am very passionate about what I do and look forward to helping others reach their dreams and goals! My goal is to reach out to as many people as I can to help them make lifestyle changes, instead of changes for the moment. If you’re looking for a challenge or to get in the best shape of your life, I will be by your side through your transformation nutritionally, physically, and mentally to get you to where you want to be!
