Exclusively for those of us who need to lose 50 pounds or more, Progress PLUS is more than a gym. Progress PLUS brings the best things together about personal training – privacy, achievable goals, individual instruction, personalized nutrition advice and more – all within a like-minded community of people just like us.

- Progress PLUS trainers are just like us. They have been on this journey, or more accurately, are still on it trying to make or maintain PROGRESS. They've been there, they understand the highs and lows, and are truly pulling for us to get in shape!
- Progress PLUS workouts last for 30 minutes per session and feature individualized attention from our Progress PLUS trainers.
- Progress PLUS only costs $10-$15 per session, depending on how frequently you train! Once a week is $60/month, twice a week is $90/month, and three a week is $120/month.
- In addition to the scheduled 30-minute workouts, we will have other classes like Zumba as well as walking or jogging meet-ups near the facility.
Progress PLUS is about community, about making PROGRESS together, about getting healthy in a supportive environment. We are excited for you to be one of us.

All Progress PLUS sessions are held at our Parkville location located at 7424 NW River Park Drive.
Saturdays: 8am* to 10am*
* All sessions are drop-in format, so no appointment is necessary. However, you must show up at least 45 minutes before our listed closing time.
