I know what it takes to make changes in your life towards being more fit and healthy. I was once 40 pounds overweight. The changes that I felt and saw in me by losing weight and getting fit, changed my life and I have dedicated my life to helping others feel and see the same results by reaching their goals and realizing their own fitness potential. Seeing the mental and physical improvements in my clients as they get closer to and reach their goals is what makes being a personal trainer enjoyable to me.

I am certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and have been strength training for approximately thirteen years. A few years ago, I got into distance running as well. So far I have completed 2 full and 15 half marathons and will continue to train for these types of races ... and any others that give me a finisher’s medal!
